लम्बी उम्र कैसे पाएं  How to get a long life

फैसला करने वाला ही आगे बढ़ता है। 

समय पर काम करने वाला ही सुखी रहता है। 

कुदरत के साथ रिस्ता रखने वाला लम्बी उम्र पाता है।

आनेवाला कल सुखी हो, उसके लिए  कुछ जरुर बचाना चाहिए।

 खर्चा बढ़ तो जाता है लेकिन घटाना मुश्किल होता है।    

          

खरे खोटे की पहचान करके की ही आगे चलना चाहिए  या बात करनी चाहिए  ।

  

आलसी ब्यक्ति मौत के हरदम पास होता है।  

  

शुबह जल्दी उठना और जल्दी सोना अच्छा तरीका है।

                 

तंत्र मंत्र विद्या से दूर रहना और कर्म पर विश्वास करना ही उत्तम है।  

मुसीबत में खर्चा घटाना ही एक मात्र सामना करने का अच्छा तरीका है।।   

      

कोई क्या करता है। उसे देखने की जरुरत नहीं आप क्या करते है ,उसे देखना चाहिए    

                                      

गलती न करना ईश्वरीय गुण है। गलती हो जाय उसे सुधारना इंसान का लक्षण है।

गलती के बाद गलती करना शैतान की पहचान है ।

                                                 

इस संसार में जो भी आया है। उसे जीने का हक़ है ।

चाहे वह नौकर हो गरीब हो ,बीबी या पडोसी ,उसकी सहायता करनी चाहिए ।                                                                       

हर काम पक्के इरादे से करना चाहिए प्रत्येक कार्य को लिख लेना चाहिए।  

                                                     

धैर्य एक ऐसी कुंजी है ,जो कई मुसीबतों का हल कर देती है। यह एक् मास्टर चाभी है, जो कई तालों को खोल देती है। 

            

कोई भी चीज जो ली है ।उसे वापिस करनी होती है । चाहे इस जन्म में या अगले जन्म में यह प्रकृति का विधान है।

सारी दुनिया में कया हो रहा है ।देश में क्या हो रहा है। अपने शहर में क्या हो रहा है। उसकी जानकारी होनी अच्छी बात है ।

       

जिंदगी की सफर में दो तीन दोस्त होना भी जरुरी है। मंजिल  आसान हो जाती है। सुख दुःख कम हो जाते है।

ज्यादा दोस्त नहीं होना चाहिए ।    

                                            

इन की कोई जात पात नहीं होती साधु, फ़क़ीर,  जज ,डाक्टर ,ड्राइवर, दुकानदार ,अफसर, राजा, शैतान, मौत जन्म, मृत्यु  पशु ,पक्षी, जल, धुप ,दीप, चाँद ,बरसात, रात , दिन ,हबा ,पानी और अग्नि ।                                                           

मौत कहाँ होगी, जन्म कहाँ होगी ,किसी को कुछ पता नहीं मगर जन्म और मौत दोनों अनिवार्य है।  

                          

मै  और मेरा सिकंदर कहता था। जो दुनिया का बादशाह  था।

 मरते वक्त दोनों हाथ खली दिखाकर दुनिया सन्देश दे गया।

सादगी एक ताश के इक्के की तरह है , जो किसी से घबराता नहीं । सामनेवाला कितना ही चालक हो मगर ,

वह जीत नहीं सकता ।

सम रहना, एक जैसा रहना, ख़ुशी और गम का असर कम होना कई बार ज्यादा ख़ुशी ज्यादा गम बर्बादी का कारण बनता है।

दिन में एक बार मोटा कपड़ा पानी में भिंगोकर ताकत से निचोड़ना चाहिए इनसे दिल का दौड़ा नहीं पड़ता है

बच्चों एवं बुद्धों से प्यार करो  बच्चों के नजदीक भगवान होता है और बूढ़ों के नजदीक मौत ज्यादा सच बोलते है   

   

 जिन महापुरुषों ने इंसान की बेहतरी के लिए काम किया उन्को ही समाज ने याद किया  महापुरुषों का इतिहास जिंदगी बदल देता है     

                                                 

 दूसरे की अच्छाई अपनो की बुराई सदा याद रखो  अपनी की हुई अच्छाई और दूसरे की हुई बुराई को भूलाना ही अच्छा है                                                    

शंका भी एक तरह से मीठा जहर है शंका समाधान जल्दी करना चाहिए  

दान करना अच्छा होता है उससे भी अच्छा गलत कमाई न करना   

जो दुकान इंसान ने बनाई है, उससे दूर रहना अच्छा है जैसे मिठाई, पॉउडर, चॉकलेट आदि 

 जो दुकान ईश्वर ने सजाई है उसे इससे निर्वाह करना चाहिए फल मेवे दूध दही 

पडोसी से, नौकर से, मुनीम से, पत्नी से, बच्चों से, ग्राहक से, रसोइया से, नम्रता पूर्वक ब्यवहार करना चाहिए

One who has a long life with nature gets a long life.

Happy tomorrow, something must be saved for that.

 The cost increases but it is difficult to reduce.
